How soon will I get my product?

We stock our inventory in the US, Australia and China. So you should get your product no more than 7 days.

What is your warranty policy?

All our merchandises carry a 24 months policy. We will provide a full refund if our products were proven to be defective during the manufacturing process.

What is your return policy?

All merchandises can be returned within 30 days from the day you received the product. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 1 business day after we received the returned product.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. All original packaging must be intact.

Sorry! But you could return the product and order a new item that you like.

What are your shipping options?

For purchases in the USA, free shipping is provided for all our products. The standard free shipping takes 14-28 days depending on your location.

For the rest of the World, we ship by international courier which will take 4-7 days.
